What areas of Nairobi do you cover?

Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Parklands, Riverside, Karen, Runda, Gigiri and Ruaka. If your property or your search is just outside that, ask anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.

Do you handle both sales and rentals?

Yes. Sales and lettings, residential and commercial, plus land and new developments. Use the Buy, Rent and Commercial tabs on the search to filter.

How do I arrange a viewing?

Send an enquiry from the listing, or call the number on the page. The enquiry goes to the consultant handling that property, not to a general inbox, and they will come back to you with times.

What does it cost to work with Toyad Homes?

Our fees depend on whether we are acting on a sale or a letting, and on the property. We confirm them in writing before we act for you, and we will tell you what they are on the first call — you will never find out about a charge at the end.

I cannot find what I am looking for on the site. Can you help?

Yes, and this is a large part of what we do. Fill in the Find My Property page with the budget, the area and the requirements, and we will search beyond what is currently listed here.

I own a property. How do I put it on the market with you?

Use the List Your Property page. Tell us where it is, what it is and whether you want to sell or let, and a consultant will arrange to see it and come back to you with an asking price we can justify.

Do you deal directly with owners, or through other agents?

We act for owners and landlords directly wherever we can. When a property reaches us through another agent, we say so rather than presenting it as ours.
