About Us
Toyad Homes is the property arm of Toyad Group. We sell and let property in Nairobi — houses and apartments, offices and retail space, warehousing, land and new developments — and we act as the link between the people who own that property and the people looking for it.
Most of what goes wrong in a property transaction here goes wrong for the same reason: nobody will give you a straight answer. A price with no reasoning behind it. A viewing arranged by someone who has never seen the place. A landlord you never actually meet. We built this business to remove those gaps, and we built this website so that the information you need to make a decision is on the page before you pick up the phone.
What we do
For buyers and tenants
We find you property that matches what you actually asked for, arrange the viewings, tell you honestly what we think a place is worth, and negotiate on your behalf. If nothing on our books fits, say so on the Find My Property page and we will go looking.
For owners and landlords
We take on residential and commercial property for sale and to let. That means agreeing an asking price we can defend, presenting the property properly, qualifying the people who want to see it, and handling the offers and the paperwork through to handover.
For developers
We list new developments unit by unit, with the mix, the pricing and the completion date stated plainly, so buyers know exactly what stage a scheme is at.
Land
Plots for residential and commercial development, listed with the size, the location and the title position as the owner has given it to us.
How a transaction runs with us
- You tell us the brief. Budget, area, size, timing, and anything that is non-negotiable.
- We come back with what fits. Including, when it applies, the reasons something you liked is not worth seeing.
- We view together. The consultant named on the listing meets you at the property.
- We advise on the offer. What we think it is worth and why, before you commit to a number.
- We handle the negotiation. Between you and the owner, with everything material put in writing.
- We stay to handover. Through the documentation, the payments and the keys.
Where we work
Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Parklands, Riverside, Karen, Runda, Gigiri and Ruaka. We have deliberately kept to a defined patch of Nairobi rather than claiming to cover the country, because knowing what a street actually trades at is the part of this job that cannot be faked.
What we will and will not tell you
We will tell you when we think a property is overpriced, when an area is not right for what you have described, and when the honest answer is that you should wait. We will not describe a property as something it is not, quote a figure we cannot stand behind, or present someone else’s photographs as our own.
